In somewhat of a surprise, Pittsburgh Penguins coach Dan Muse will start goalie Stuart Skinner Saturday against the New York Rangers.

The move is quite interesting to me because Arturs Silovs stood on his head Thursday. Silovs is under team control for next season, Skinner is not.

Quite frankly, after the questionable Kulak trade (you can disagree with that statement, we’re cool), I expect GM Kyle Dubas to dangle Skinner to see if the fish are biting.
